hey how are the maltese? I live in a country with warm climate . I cannot take the dog out that often but as we work from home, we can be around it for a lot of time. We love dogs that are small and tiny & very affectionate. Shouldn’t bark much .What do you think?

I need help with my maltese. I want him to fetch things. When I throw a ball he runs to it, takes it in his mouth and when I tell him to come to me, he just drops it. When I tell him he forgot his ball, he turns around and takes it in his mouth again, just to drop it again when I tell him to come to me. He loves running and searching that ball, but I dont love running after him all the time. Do you have any tips on how to make my maltese bring things to me?
can I start training my maltese at 5 1/2 months or is that too late? Also did u train him or you took him to a professional ?
