Jesse shows off some of his talented tricks; complete with his award winning smile =o) None of the footage has been sped up or reversed; Jesse actually knows how to walk backwards. The only effect added was slowing down the jump for the Frisbees to go in time with the music. The footage in this video is from October 2007 and March 2008 when Jesse was 2 and 3 years old. All of Jesse’s training has been done through the use of positive reinforcement and relationship-based training. Jesse does Double Dutch!! In just the first session, Jesse understood what I was asking of him =o) He is such a smart boy, and just keeps on amazing me! What we have so far has been achieved through the use of Clicker Training, and only in 3-4 sessions (5-10 minutes each). I am so proud of my little man ^-^ This is the power of Positive dog training at its best!! Happy Clicking, ~Heather and Jesse~ Jesse chooses to do the behaviors in this video, and has so much fun bringing smiles to people’s faces. He gets treats for doing his tricks, and enjoys learning new things. Tricks are just one of the activities we enjoy doing together. When not doing tricks, Jesse can be found playing with his cuz ball, chasing squeaker tennis balls, digging in search for lizards, de-fluffing stuffed toys, swimming, and a companioning me on outings. Jesse loves adventure, and lives each and every day to its fullest. Jesse is my best friend, heart dog, and truly a member of the family, and I love him with every beat of my heart. www.sitmeanssit.com This is part 1 of an initial training session with ‘Sarah’ and ‘River’. ‘River’ has been causing Mom some problems with his lack of attention, and her inability to walk him amongst other things. He has also gotten into a few fights with there other Jack Russell, and the pictures that Sarah showed me were not pretty. I was in town for a regional seminar of our Sit Means Sit franchise owners, and Sarah came down with the dog to see what we could do.
