easy; an LLC protects you from liability problems………..and it takes a state filing and
4 weeks of listing in a legal paper.
for an individual org, aka, PROPRIETORSHIP, you are one now.

Q&A: Can somebody give me the quick and dirty with respect to building a dog training device that uses electricity?
Question by CentralSet: Can somebody give me the quick and dirty with respect to building a dog training device that uses electricity?
What would I need to include. Clearly I need a capacitor, but what voltage?
I was thinking, about it and the circuit diagram seems straight forward. Battery, capacitor and electrodes. Should I include anything else to space out the duration of the shock, or should it be instantaneous.
My largest concern is the voltage stored and released on contact.

Answer by lee26loo
Most simple way…..try to series a capacitor rated at 400 volts at 0.1uF to the 120 volts AC hot line. This way, capacitor limits the current of 120 volts AC and it shall not harm the dog but shocking as the dog bits other end of capacitor. It might not work if only by touching the skin where has thick hair. Then increase the voltage to 240 volts.

Sources for a speech on the benefits of proper dog training?
Question by razzle: Sources for a speech on the benefits of proper dog training?
I only have to site two sources, but I want them to be credible. I was thinking I would look on the internet first; however, I’m not exactly sure which sources are credible and which ones aren’t.
Does anybody have credible websites they could give me for this topic? I also want sources for why dogs make such good companions for people?
Thanks!

What is your favorite recipe for dog training treats?
Question by : What is your favorite recipe for dog training treats?
Her first Labrador Specialty is in January a week after she is eligible in the ring. I want her to free stack better than the competition from the start so we’re starting early.
I have plenty of training experience so don’t bother there. I’m working on a recipe for training treats because I do not like carrying dog kibble around in my mouth while working with a young puppy (3 months old) on eye contact, conformation stacking, wooing the judge, etc. Thanks in advance.

Is there an agility club near to where you live? I would recommend you joining, as it’ll be great fun for both you and your dogs. The majority of clubs do require the dog to be over 12 months old though. [:

Looking for an answer to crate training my dog?
Question by ahren: Looking for an answer to crate training my dog?
Over the last 6 months we have been crate training our dog. The crate is the perfect size for him. Just over the last month, he has started barking almost the entire night. He has also recently started to pee a little in the back of the crate. He did fine for so long, but now it seems like a total regression. It is so hard to be happy with a dog that barks all night and pees himself. Please, does anybody have a solution?
The dog is in the other room of the house. The reason being is that allergies have arisen from other members of the household. We do take his water away 2 hours before bed and do puit him out before we go to bed. I let him out at night to pee when he first barks….but as soon as he’s back in, he starts barking again. He’s not in the crate all day, only at night. I really think it’ more of an attention thing.

Yea. Let him live outside of the box. How would you like being in jail when you did not do anything wrong.
Crate training always sounded cruel to me. Sounds like the dog agrees.
